Food That's Worth the Cooking

Ramblemusesm Recipes

These are a number of recipes that we have accumulated over a period of years. They either have to be simple to make or have to lend themselves to freezing a part of them for later use. This is congruent with a survival strategy of having an ongoing variety of good food without unduly impacting the time needed for the other pursuits of life. We've used varieties of plastic freezer bags, plastic freezer containers (which maintain a shape), and Seal-a-Meal equipment to save parts of batch cooking and interspersed those meals with previously stored meals and quick cook dishes such as stir-fry's and sauteed fish.
