The Rainbow People

The Utlraviolets are beyond description.Unpredictably at the end of the spectrum
in the rebelliousness of their outward display and show,
yet intensely close when the expression happens on their own terms.

The Purples are elegant and plushly tactile, like the texture of velvet.

The Blues while sometimes despondent can touch your heart with their notes
from the cool keying of the horn to the hot brassiness of the sax

The Greens are (of course) ecological, tuned into the needs of Gaia and
delighting in the sharing together of a spinach salad and of playing
together under a canopy of new grown leaves.

The Yellows know the golden times, from the shine of sunlight on a spring
day and the blooming of daffodils to the golden yellow hills of the
California high summer.

The Oranges are sweet and juicy, exuberant in their bright vivaciousness.
Engage with an Orange only when you are willing to inhale deeply and let go
and succumb with all your senses.

The Reds are both fiery and sweet, ranging from the spicy attention getting
ways of capsicum ristras to the sticky messiness of a pomegranate.

The Infrareds are slower, simmering with a long-lasting deep penetrating
heat less variable than their more visible brethren.
