My physics life and work have mainly been in the areas of atmospheric chemistry and climate modeling, with forays into solvers for nonlinear systems of equations. I’ve been the senior instructor for the Sports & Deep Tissue massage program at the McKinnon Institute, LLC since 1992. I’ve written the RamblemuseSM column for Massage Today since it’s beginning in January 2001 and write the Massage Politics Sheet.
My intention with RmTP is to have a wider perspective. Since, by nature, I’am a wanderer between knowledge disciplines, RmTP gives me a place to capture thoughts and notes short of creating a new webpage. The sense of Touch Points is to capture the interfaces where my personal life space and the larger universe and social space come into contact. In a sense, the liminal and threshold places were boundaries thin.
